Army IBA Production and Operations Club successfully hosted PARADIGM, a social entrepreneurship idea competition inspiring innovation and impactful solutions. The Grand Finale was held on 10 December 2025 at the Army IBA Auditorium, Savar.

The event featured an engaging panel discussion with experts from the AL GANI Foundation and Sajida Foundation, offering valuable insights on social innovation and sustainability.

Honored guests included Brig Gen Md. Nasimul Gani (Retd) as Chief Guest and Ms. Sarah Iqbal, Head of Impact Partners, Sajida Foundation, as Special Guest.

Students showcased creative, practical, and socially transformative ideas, earning high praise from judges and organizers.

PARADIGM 2025 concluded on a positive note, strengthening Army IBA’s commitment to nurturing socially conscious and innovative future leaders.
