The Grand Finale of the Consilium Challenge 2025, an intra-university business case competition organized by the AIBA Career Enhancement Club, was successfully held on December 5, 2025, at the Army Institute of Business Administration (AIBA) in Savar.

More than 60 student groups (BBA 9 to BBA 16) initially participated in the competition, out of which eight teams advanced to the final round after completing two highly competitive preliminary rounds. During the final presentations, participants demonstrated exceptional professionalism, creativity, and insight by proposing innovative and practical solutions to complex business case scenarios, supported by well-structured analyses and persuasive demonstrations.

The Director of Army IBA, Savar, attended the program as the Chief Guest, while the Deputy Director (Academics) distributed awards and encouraged the continuation of such initiatives to further enrich academic excellence. Overall, the competition highlighted AIBA’s strong commitment to experiential learning and student engagement beyond the classroom.
