MBA program of AIBA is planned to cultivate potential talents’ knowledge and skills for sound understanding of modern and digital business culture. The goal of the program is to produce quality business professionals who are competent enough to meet contemporary and emerging needs of business enterprise worldwide. The purpose of the program is to inform students about the applications of different business models in practical market by promoting their academic knowledge on economics, finance, management, marketing and other relevant themes. The students are the central focus of the institute shall be provided with utmost care and attention to meet their primordial needs and future career success. The program is a step towards meeting the professional challenges of vibrant corporate world.

A total of 66 credit hours have to be completed by the students in 20 taught courses while 4 elective courses for doing major, an internship project or dissertation (including viva voce examination) of 6 credits at the end of academic year. 

The program is structured into 6 regular trimesters. A trimester is of 16 weeks duration of which 14 week are for classes. Usual course load of 9 credits in 3courses in each of initial four trimesters (1st – 4th) and 12 credits in 4 courses in each of last two trimesters (5th& 6th). A student is required to do 4 courses (12 credits) to do major in a particular area. On completion of all course works, students have to do an internship assignment. Following the completion of organizational attachment, students prepare reports on their internship experiences that are to be defended in a formal presentation.
